Yoga with Laura

Gentle Yoga Class | Town of Wilmington MA

Our very own Laura Kraus, RYT500, teaches two weekly yoga classes for adults, Gentle Chair Yoga on Tuesday mornings and Mat Yoga Tuesday evening.

There is a $5 charge per class, payable in advance by cash, check, or credit card at the circulation desk. The class schedule will be posted at the beginning of each month, and participants will be able to register for up to 4 classes in advance, first come first served.

Chair Yoga: Tuesday Mornings, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Gentle chair yoga is mostly seated but includes some standing poses with the assistance of the chair for balance.  All are welcome, regardless of prior experience or level.

Classes are held in our lower level, accessible by a short set of external steps (under the front porch) or an internal stairway.

Mat Yoga: Tuesday Evenings, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Laura’s yoga class occasionally uses the chair to assist with balance and/or as needed by individual participants.

Please note that the sessions take place on the library’s third floor which is only accessible via exterior and interior stairs.  Space is limited, and pre-registration is required, please.  First come, first serve.
